UK law requires us to verify ownership before supplying road-legal plates. Please upload your proof of entitlement and proof of identity below.
Important: If you do not attach proof of documents, your order will be printed and dispatched as Show Plates — not road legal. Show plates cannot be used on a vehicle on a public road.
Proof of entitlement *
Upload one of the following: V5C logbook, new keeper supplement (V5C/2), certificate of entitlement (V750), retention document (V778), tax/SORN reminder (V11), temporary registration certificate (V379), number plate authorisation certificate (V948), or a fleet operator letter of authorisation. Proof of identity *
Upload one of the following: driving licence, utility or council tax bill (last 6 months), bank or building society statement (last 6 months), or a national identity card.
