Number Plate Supplier Obligations
Under the Road Vehicles (Display of Registration Marks) Regulations 2001, we are required to verify the identity of the purchaser and their entitlement to the registration mark before supplying any number plate. Failure to provide adequate proof of entitlement will result in your order being cancelled and refunded.
DVLA Registered Supplier
Staffordshire Plates is a registered number plate supplier. Our supplier details are displayed on every plate we manufacture in accordance with the British Standard BS AU 145e.
Limitation of Liability
We accept no liability for fines, penalties, MOT failures, or other consequences arising from the use of plates on vehicles for which the customer did not hold valid entitlement to the registration mark, or from plates that have been modified after dispatch.
